Welcome, this is a Naive Bayesian Classifier for Respiratory Sincitial Human Virus. Currently, it classifies RSV virus using protein G genotypes classification, in a near future, it will be also able to classify using whole genotype classification proposed by Muñoz-Escalante et al., 2019.
